Abby is a Counselling Psychologist, highly motivated in assisting individuals and organisations, reach their full potential. Abby has specialised in employee and management professional development programs and executive coaching and has a particular interest in team and organisational culture change programs.
At Veraison, Abby designs and delivers LeadershipTransformation Programs and Executive Coaching, partnering with organisations across a range of industries including local government, mining and aged care. Some long term clients include City of Melville, Stirling Alliance, BHP Billiton, Silver Chain and Brightwater Care Group.
Abby also develops personal and professional development programs such as intervention programs for Fly in Fly out couples, Safety leadership training and Emotional Intelligence as well as Clinical Training Programs such as Solution Focused Coaching and Schema Focused Therapy.
Abby has also been a guest speaker at community events such as the ‘Making of Me’ (Lunch Box List) and the National Workers Compensation Summit 2010. Abby holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling and a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. As an experienced psychologist Abby has skills in managing issues relating to individuals, couples and families as well as complex issues pertaining to businesses. She has specialised training in the areas of Mediation, Critical Incident Response Debriefing and Solution Focused Coaching.
Having had the role as Manager of Organisational Development for Western Australia’s largest privately owned Corporate Psychology Service Provider Abby gained a greater appreciation and understanding of the importance of partnering with organisations to form a specialised and unique service for organisations and their employees.
