B.A (Psychology), B.Com (Management & Human Resources)
Executive and Organisational Coach (International Coaching Federation)
Emma is passionate about people, discovering what lights them up and brings out their best. She thrives on helping connect people to what drives them to inspire action and bring out those ‘a-ha’ moments.
Emma has qualifications in Psychology and Commerce (HR & Management) which she completed at the University of WA and during academic exchanges in overseas universities (the Netherlands and Canada). She is also a certified Organisational & Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
She has more than 8 years experience working in a range of organisations, from oil and gas to not-for-profit, HR & Performance Consulting, as well as in an Executive Search & Assessment firm, across a range of industries including professional services, transport and logistics organisations and international mining.
Across all of these roles, her specialty and passion has always been in helping develop people, coaching, HR and assessment. She has worked heavily with a range of psychometric tools including Print Profiling, NEO-PI, Cognitive Aptitude testing, and the WAVE personality inventory.
Growing up in the Pilbara and passionate about travel, Emma thrives on meeting and connecting with people of different cultures and hearing their stories. Having the opportunity to develop and deliver an English-teaching educational program in Malawi in Africa was one of the highlights of Emma’s life.
Outside of work, when not sneaking away down south camping with her husband, friends and massive dorky Labrador, Emma can likely be found enjoying good food and wine with friends, out on the boat diving, or painting something bright and colourful!
