A hands-on, driven professional with over 20+ years of experience in public and private sectors covering tourism/hospitality, manufacturing, mining, construction, case management and community development, Donna brings valuable insights to care organisations navigating complex operational and regulatory environments. She has enjoyed positions that have broadened her skills and knowledge in several areas, including coaching leaders of care teams, developing person-centred business strategies, community and client engagement.

Her 15 years working in Broome and earlier experience with remote Aboriginal outstations along the Dampier Peninsular has equipped her with unique perspectives on delivering culturally informed programs.
